Salary: 14,600 – 20,100 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Coordinate core processes including job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary bracket reviews.
• Develop and maintain tools for budgeting, forecasting, and share-based compensation management.
• Provide data-driven insights and regular analyses to support decision-making for HR leadership and business managers.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the group-wide total rewards strategy.
• Collaborate effectively with HR business partners to communicate and implement reward policies.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency is required for presenting complex HR topics and persuading stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills, particularly in data manipulation.
• Demonstrated project management track record within an HR or compensation function.
• Knowledge of at least one point-factor job evaluation methodology.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets for business use.
• Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required for this position.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with VBA or JavaScript for tool automation.
• Prior interest or experience in the gaming industry.
