What you will do

• Draft and edit executive communications content including presentations, talking points, scripts, social posts, and event briefs.
• Prepare leadership for external engagements such as conferences, panels, and interviews.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and policy topics to support executive narratives.
• Build briefing documents and maintain organized content systems for messaging and bios.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Policy, Legal, HR, and external agencies to support executive visibility.
• Track leadership moments and measure content effectiveness; assist with logistics and project management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or eligible to work with export control compliance (U.S. person or authorized).
• 5-10 years experience in communications, journalism, content creation, or public relations.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work professionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
