Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Eindhoven, Netherlands (3-5 days a week at HQ).

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Benelux carrier partnerships including high-stakes negotiations and contract structuring.
  • Take ownership of the Total Cost of Ownership, actively managing surcharges, credit lines, and address cost leakage.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive carrier partnership strategy for the Benelux region.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic partners across all organizational levels.
  • Act as an internal advocate ensuring product, sales, and operations teams understand regional requirements.
  • Use volume and performance data to drive negotiations and ensure margin sustainability.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the logistics and carrier landscape in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience or high aptitude for complex commercial negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization and P&L impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment requiring 3-5 days per week at Eindhoven HQ.
  • Relationship management skills with an intrinsic motivation to drive business growth.
