What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners to manage commerce applications and support project delivery.
• Own BAU routines, including JIRA triage, prioritization, and status communication.
• Provide store and business support, coordinate incident resolution, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with testing, validate fixes, and support release readiness.
• Collaborate on integration topics, including APIs and middleware event flows.
• Contribute to requirements gathering and acceptance criteria for SCRUM teams.

Requirements

• Retail or omnichannel background with experience in store and digital workflows.
• Proven experience in application management, commerce platforms, or integrations.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, testing workflows, and BAU support processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills for managing complex data.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL proficiency.
• Experience with marketing automation or loyalty engines.
• Familiarity with release and change management processes.
