What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the digital backlog for websites, portals, and tooling in the Benelux region
• Translate stakeholder requests into user stories, acceptance criteria, and planning
• Create briefings for internal and external development teams and collaborate with agencies and suppliers
• Monitor performance and quality of digital solutions including API and webservice integrations
• Act as the main contact for digital tools and portals within the organization
• Implement small changes and improvements within systems as needed

Requirements

• Minimum two years experience as a Digital Product Owner, digital project manager, or similar role
• Experience with backlog management and translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with content management systems; Sitecore experience is a plus
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• HBO or MBO+ level education in digital communication or related field
• Experience with marketing automation tooling and API/webservice integrations is a plus
