What you will do
- Manage and prioritize the digital backlog for websites, portals, and tooling in the Benelux region
- Translate stakeholder requests into user stories, acceptance criteria, and planning
- Create briefings for internal and external development teams and collaborate with agencies and suppliers
- Monitor performance and quality of digital solutions including API and webservice integrations
- Act as the main contact for digital tools and portals within the organization
- Implement small changes and improvements within systems as needed
Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as a Digital Product Owner, digital project manager, or similar role
- Experience with backlog management and translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with content management systems; Sitecore experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- HBO or MBO+ level education in digital communication or related field
- Experience with marketing automation tooling and API/webservice integrations is a plus
