What you will do

Manage and lead a team of 10+ sysadmin engineers.
Oversee local and global IT infrastructure, including storage, backup, and server uptime.
Administer Office 365, Google Workspace, and mobile device management via Intune.
Collaborate with management on the IT roadmap and drive infrastructure upgrades.
Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices across the organization.
Provide expert technical guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation management.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT leadership and managing sysadmin teams.
Strong background in ITSM and Windows systems administration.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualized environments.
Proficiency in networking including WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and VLAN.
Must be able to work on-site in Warsaw, Dublin, Guildford, or Barcelona.
Strong troubleshooting skills and project ownership capabilities.

Nice to have

Experience with Linux and OpenStack.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or SQL.
Background in large-scale migration projects.
Knowledge of storage and backup concepts.
