What you will do

  • Lead the Partnerships team to secure innovative, long-term corporate sponsorships and charity collaborations.
  • Manage senior-level relationships with corporate partners to ensure delivery of objectives and demonstrate strong ROI.
  • Oversee the full partnership lifecycle from initial prospecting and pitching to final negotiation and contract closure.
  • Drive team strategy, setting clear objectives and performance benchmarks for income and growth.
  • Integrate charity initiatives across hirify.global’s broadcast, digital, and event platforms to maximize social impact.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasting and pipeline reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in securing and managing high-value corporate partnerships or business development relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue generation and charitable goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability to develop and motivate team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce) and income forecasting.
  • Must be available for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
