What you will do
- Deliver mid-level internal communications, covering operational updates like IT, security, and health & safety.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across email, Microsoft Teams, and the company intranet.
- Manage and moderate internal communication channels to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and align messaging.
- Collect and analyze engagement metrics to monitor performance and improve communication strategies.
- Support internal studio events when required, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an internal communications role.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Must have legal right to work in the UK as no visa sponsorship is available.
- Degree or equivalent experience in communications or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Genuine interest in games or the entertainment industry.
