What you will do

• Deliver mid-level internal communications, covering operational updates like IT, security, and health & safety.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across email, Microsoft Teams, and the company intranet.
• Manage and moderate internal communication channels to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and align messaging.
• Collect and analyze engagement metrics to monitor performance and improve communication strategies.
• Support internal studio events when required, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an internal communications role.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Must have legal right to work in the UK as no visa sponsorship is available.
• Degree or equivalent experience in communications or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Genuine interest in games or the entertainment industry.
