• Manage security content on internal platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
• Track and report on program engagement and impact metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in business communication, project coordination, or instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong written and visual communication skills (infographics, digital assets).
• Understanding of core IT environments and organizational behavior.
• Must be able to work onsite in Montreal, Paris, or Newcastle.
