- Track and report on program engagement and impact metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in business communication, project coordination, or instructional design.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong written and visual communication skills (infographics, digital assets).
- Understanding of core IT environments and organizational behavior.
- Must be able to work onsite in Montreal, Paris, or Newcastle.
