What you will do

• Drive localization and growth of payment products tailored to LATAM user behavior.
• Identify user pain points and market opportunities through direct engagement and competitor research.
• Design and iterate product solutions, including user flows, wireframes, and functional requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from UI/UX review and development coordination to post-launch optimization.
• Analyze product performance using data-driven dashboards to improve conversion and transaction success rates.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure scalable and efficient payment processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech or payment-focused platforms.
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, reconciliation, and settlement flows.
• Solid product design skills including wireframing and writing clear functional requirements.
• Data analysis capability to track metrics and drive product improvements.
• Language requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical product implementation.
