What you will do

• Drive localization and growth of payment products in LATAM, aligning with local user behavior and market dynamics.
• Define and refine end-to-end product architecture for payment flows, merchant lifecycle, and fund movement.
• Identify pain points through user/merchant engagement and translate into high-impact improvements.
• Redesign merchant onboarding, API usability, and user payment experiences including KYC and deposits.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and global teams to deliver scalable, compliant products.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management with payments, fintech, or transaction platforms experience
• Solid understanding of payment systems: flows, reconciliation, settlement, merchant APIs, PSP ecosystem
• Experience owning end-to-end payment products and improving merchant/user conversion
• Strong product architecture skills, data sense, and ability to work with engineering
• Fluency in English required; Spanish/Portuguese advantage
• Strong understanding of LATAM markets
