What you will do

• Perform role benchmarking and levelling for new and existing roles
• Support executive compensation projects and annual salary review processes
• Act as key contact for equity-related questions and projects
• Forecasting, modelling, and data-driven recommendations to improve compensation processes
• Support Talent Acquisition with compensation offers and benchmarking
• Create communication materials related to compensation, benefits, and equity

Requirements

• Location: Based near Porto, Portugal, with reporting to London
• Experience in Executive Compensation, Total Rewards, or Finance
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical reasoning
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to handle large data sets
• Effective communication skills to provide business insights from data
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
