Location: Hybrid role based near Porto, Portugal, with reporting to London

What you will do
- Perform role benchmarking and levelling for new and existing roles
- Support executive compensation projects and annual salary review processes
- Act as key contact for equity-related questions and projects
- Forecasting, modelling, and data-driven recommendations to improve compensation processes
- Support Talent Acquisition with compensation offers and benchmarking
- Create communication materials related to compensation, benefits, and equity
Requirements
- Location: Based near Porto, Portugal, with reporting to London
- Experience in Executive Compensation, Total Rewards, or Finance
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical reasoning
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to handle large data sets
- Effective communication skills to provide business insights from data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
