What you will do

  • Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Build and maintain enablement content, knowledge hubs, and self-service learning systems.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to diagnose performance gaps and deploy structured, measurable interventions.
  • Develop and refine playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits that standardize GTM processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key enablement KPIs such as ramp time, time-to-productivity, and engagement.
  • Act as the connective tissue between RevOps, Product, and GTM teams to ensure clarity and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, performance improvement, or GTM operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements across multiple functions.
  • Hands-on experience creating content, onboarding workflows, or enablement infrastructure.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and feedback loops to measure impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence without formal authority.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to own projects from concept to completion in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Background in AI-enabled systems or open-source community management.
  • Deep familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks.
