What you will do
- Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Build and maintain enablement content, knowledge hubs, and self-service learning systems.
- Partner with GTM leadership to diagnose performance gaps and deploy structured, measurable interventions.
- Develop and refine playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits that standardize GTM processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on key enablement KPIs such as ramp time, time-to-productivity, and engagement.
- Act as the connective tissue between RevOps, Product, and GTM teams to ensure clarity and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, performance improvement, or GTM operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to drive measurable performance improvements across multiple functions.
- Hands-on experience creating content, onboarding workflows, or enablement infrastructure.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and feedback loops to measure impact.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence without formal authority.
- Builder mentality with the ability to own projects from concept to completion in ambiguous environments.
