Location: Remote within Canada only (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario)

What you will do

Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule for enterprise client projects
Drive implementations of AI and digital service solutions based on Salesforce platform
Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and build strong customer relationships
Facilitate regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
Plan and manage CRM and AI software projects, coordinating IT teams and multi-platform integrations
Execute Agile Scrum Master role and guide software development lifecycle processes

Requirements

Must have 5+ years project management experience on Salesforce platform
Experience in professional services or consulting environment
Proficiency in Agile project management and Scrum Master role
Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
Ability to confidently engage with VP and Director-level stakeholders
Work location restricted to Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario)

Nice to have

PMP or Scrum Master certification
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Management
