What you will do

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Build and develop detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and Statements of Work.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and manage risks and escalations proactively.
• Serve as the primary client contact ensuring alignment between internal and external teams.
• Track action items, enforce accountability, and report on project financials including revenue forecasting.
• Lead post-project evaluations and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
• University/Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 5+ years managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS projects in Telecoms.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and working with technical teams.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive risk management.
