• Mentor team members on development best practices, project planning, and statistical rigour.
• Iterate rapidly on product features, contributing to a high-frequency deployment environment.

Requirements

• Strong background in a quantitative discipline and proven experience implementing machine learning models for complex systems.
• Solid engineering skills and ability to write production-grade code.
• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
