What you will do

  • Engage customers in a consultative capacity to design and deploy specialized contact center solutions.
  • Configure and implement products based on best practices and unique business requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end project life cycle including costing proposals, risk analysis, and change control.
  • Provide technical architecture leadership and database design support for major client projects.
  • Track time and project status to ensure revenue recognition and timely deployment.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and sub-contracted personnel on assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United Kingdom
  • Proven senior-level technical configuration and programming expertise.
  • Experience in process, data, and object modeling within diverse application environments.
  • Strong background in database design, development, and application management.
  • Demonstrated ability in technical architecture, business analysis, and project management.
  • Professional communication skills for effective customer interaction.
