What you will do
- Engage customers in a consultative capacity to design and deploy specialized contact center solutions.
- Configure and implement products based on best practices and unique business requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end project life cycle including costing proposals, risk analysis, and change control.
- Provide technical architecture leadership and database design support for major client projects.
- Track time and project status to ensure revenue recognition and timely deployment.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and sub-contracted personnel on assigned projects.
