What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end HR service support across time management, benefits, pensions, and insurance.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities in country-specific HR processes.
• Manage the change-order process for external stakeholders, including requirement gathering and documentation.
• Maintain operational documentation such as SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Handle complex HR operations cases and act as the first escalation point for delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with local HR processes and global hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR or Payroll operations experience in a BPO or shared-services environment.
• Hands-on experience in time tracking, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English and Estonian (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, and performance reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll.
• Knowledge of HR analytics or automation technologies.
• Familiarity with benefit platforms like SuccessFactors Global Benefits, Worksmile, or Benify.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PHR or CIPD.
