What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end HR service support across time management, benefits, pensions, and insurance.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities in country-specific HR processes.
- Manage the change-order process for external stakeholders, including requirement gathering and documentation.
- Maintain operational documentation such as SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Handle complex HR operations cases and act as the first escalation point for delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with local HR processes and global hirify.global standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR or Payroll operations experience in a BPO or shared-services environment.
- Hands-on experience in time tracking, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Fluent in English and Estonian (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with SLAs, KPIs, and performance reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll.
- Knowledge of HR analytics or automation technologies.
- Familiarity with benefit platforms like SuccessFactors Global Benefits, Worksmile, or Benify.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PHR or CIPD.
