What you will do

• Own global HR operations for contractors and employees, ensuring consistent onboarding, off-boarding, and status changes.
• Ensure HRIS (HiBob) data accuracy and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate HR compliance activities and prepare data for audits.
• Design, document, and control HR operational processes, acting as primary escalation point for operational and compliance issues.
• Own governance of payroll and contractor payment HR inputs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR generalist/operations roles.
• Legal or HR degree is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of employment law, contractor models, and cross-border HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing contractors and employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working with HRIS systems (HiBob or similar), including data audits and process ownership.
• Fluent English (B2+) for daily communication in an international environment and coordinating with regional HR teams.
