TL;DR

HR Operations Analyst (HR Operations): Supporting employee lifecycle processes and HR data management for Lithuania and European regional teams with an accent on HR system accuracy and process compliance. Focus on executing transactions in Workday, managing employee documentation, and improving regional HR service delivery standards.

Location: Must be based in or near Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid role)

Salary: 2,300 EUR – 2,500 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle HR transactions including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding for Lithuania and European countries.
  • Maintain and audit accurate employee records within Workday to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies and processes.
  • Prepare and administer employment lifecycle documentation such as contracts and addendums.
  • Contribute to regional HR projects aimed at improving service delivery, documentation, and knowledge base content.
  • Support internal audits by providing required documentation and data evidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or shared services.
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday is strongly preferred).

  • Additional European languages.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
