What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout their service lifecycle.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for large-scale customer accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams including sales ops, service delivery, and network engineering.
• Develop and maintain client reporting for service delivery and performance insights.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively manage service escalations or contract renewals.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related project or service management role.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of IT services and IP network fundamentals.
• Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a small, flexible team environment.
• Experience with Project or Service Management frameworks like Prince2 or ITIL is a significant advantage.
