What you will do
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new data platform.
- Drive the creation of a modern data lakehouse architecture utilizing data mesh principles.
- Deliver real-time streaming capabilities to support advanced IoT analytics.
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize data needs and ensure high data quality.
- Own key platform capabilities including secure storage, data governance, and ML-ready pipelines.
- Coach product peers on modern data platform and analytics product practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager within data platforms or analytics infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of data lakehouse architecture, data mesh, and real-time streaming technologies.
- Technical fluency in tools such as Databricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and Kafka.
- Strong product discovery skills with a focus on balancing long-term investment and short-term delivery.
- Experience collaborating directly with data scientists, architects, and engineering teams.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and align diverse teams around a unified data strategy.
