What you will do

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new data platform.
• Drive the creation of a modern data lakehouse architecture utilizing data mesh principles.
• Deliver real-time streaming capabilities to support advanced IoT analytics.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize data needs and ensure high data quality.
• Own key platform capabilities including secure storage, data governance, and ML-ready pipelines.
• Coach product peers on modern data platform and analytics product practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager within data platforms or analytics infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of data lakehouse architecture, data mesh, and real-time streaming technologies.
• Technical fluency in tools such as Databricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and Kafka.
• Strong product discovery skills with a focus on balancing long-term investment and short-term delivery.
• Experience collaborating directly with data scientists, architects, and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align diverse teams around a unified data strategy.
