What you will do

• Translate commercial aspirations into granular technical requirements and functional specifications.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Care.
• Align the development roadmap for Mail, AI App Builder, and WordPress suites with business milestones.
• Prioritize engineering efforts to balance high-impact features with platform stability.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the hosting technology division.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Product Owner or Technical Product Management role.
• Strong ability to act as the primary interface between commercial and technical departments.
• Familiarity with high-availability platforms like Mail services, WordPress, or AI-integrated applications.
• Expertise in requirement decomposition and creating detailed technical documentation.
• Fluency in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and managing development backlogs.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK and reside within commuting distance of Gloucester.

• Experience with AI-driven application development and modern generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini).
