What you will do
- Translate commercial aspirations into granular technical requirements and functional specifications.
- Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Care.
- Align the development roadmap for Mail, AI App Builder, and WordPress suites with business milestones.
- Prioritize engineering efforts to balance high-impact features with platform stability.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the hosting technology division.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Product Owner or Technical Product Management role.
- Strong ability to act as the primary interface between commercial and technical departments.
- Familiarity with high-availability platforms like Mail services, WordPress, or AI-integrated applications.
- Expertise in requirement decomposition and creating detailed technical documentation.
- Fluency in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and managing development backlogs.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK and reside within commuting distance of Gloucester.
