What you will do

  • Manage administrative workflows for standardisation events, ensuring examiners apply marks consistently.
  • Provide high-quality service to examiners, moderators, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare and collate training materials for nationwide standardisation sessions.
  • Utilize CRM and tracker systems to maintain operational efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce process waste.
  • Provide operational training and support to seasonal staff during peak exam periods.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Proven experience in a process-driven, time-sensitive administrative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, with experience in database or CRM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends during peak activity periods.
