Applications Support Analyst (Gamedev): Providing exceptional support for users encountering challenges with the company's software application suite with an accent on continuous improvement, building cross-departmental relationships, and leveraging automation. Focus on improving and documenting technical processes around application support and troubleshooting application issues.

Location: Expected to work from the UK Head office in Lenton, Nottingham around twice a week. The start time can vary from 6am – 10am.

What you will do

• Record, track, and document the lifecycle of an incident from initial logging through to final resolution.
• Prioritise service requests and incidents pragmatically.
• Collaborate to support recovery actions in the event of major incidents.
• Improve and document the technical processes around application support.
• Develop a strong knowledge and functionality of multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Requirements

• Technical, methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Direct experience working in an applications production support environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries to interrogate data.
• Experience in supporting ERP, cloud-based SaaS, and warehousing systems.
• Must be able to work from the UK Head office in Lenton, Nottingham around twice a week
