What you will do

• Collaborate with product leads, engineers, and business stakeholders to support product pipeline creation and delivery.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog items by translating complex problems into clear, actionable tasks.
• Support the management of product incidents and bug fixes to ensure timely resolution.
• Work with business teams to validate, test, and roll out new technology solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Communicate product insights, requirements, and progress across different levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Role open exclusively to internal applicants from E.ON UK and hirify.global.
• Up to 2 years of experience in product, technology, or data-related roles.
• Foundational understanding of digital products, data analysis, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy sector or understanding of industry-specific technologies.
• Experience with user stories and requirements documentation.
• Familiarity with complex dataset analysis.
• Previous experience supporting release activities for digital products.
