TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with value stream OKRs.
  • Conduct workshops and analysis to design delivery iterations and prioritize backlog for maximum business value.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with Agile Delivery Leads to ensure steady work flow and remove blockers.
  • Monitor product performance and coordinate product launches with stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor associate product owners and participate in the wider product management community.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in York, Colchester or Lisbon and work on-site.
  • Experience with technology infrastructure tools and Agile product management.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or relevant qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Nice to have

  • Experience with End User Experience technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of lean thinking to minimize waste and drive efficiency.
