What you will do
- Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with value stream OKRs.
- Conduct workshops and analysis to design delivery iterations and prioritize backlog for maximum business value.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Collaborate with Agile Delivery Leads to ensure steady work flow and remove blockers.
- Monitor product performance and coordinate product launches with stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor associate product owners and participate in the wider product management community.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in York, Colchester or Lisbon and work on-site.
- Experience with technology infrastructure tools and Agile product management.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or relevant qualifications.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
Nice to have
- Experience with End User Experience technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of lean thinking to minimize waste and drive efficiency.
