What you will do

• Identify and recruit new affiliates interested in prop trading audiences.
• Manage and nurture relationships with top program partners.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and share performance updates.
• Monitor affiliate content for regional and product compliance.
• Plan and execute tests to improve program metrics including placements and commissions.
• Collaborate with product and regional marketing on expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada with ability to work remotely.
• 4+ years experience in KOL or affiliate marketing in traditional finance or crypto.
• Personal interest in crypto, blockchain, and prop trading.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, Impact preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of KPIs such as CAC, ARPU, and ROAS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an asynchronous environment.
