What you will do
- Lead the unified International CX team across Customer Success, Value Creation, and Clinical Advisory functions.
- Define and oversee the enterprise framework for customer value realization and success metrics.
- Orchestrate end-to-end lifecycle management from onboarding to renewal and advocacy.
- Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure a unified customer strategy.
- Develop scalable playbooks, workflows, and KPI frameworks to optimize operational efficiency.
- Generate data-driven insights to inform product development, commercial strategy, and market prioritization.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Canada Square office).
- Proven strategic leadership experience in managing large, cross-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong background in customer success, value realization, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
- Expertise in defining and implementing governance models and scalable operating procedures.
- Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Proficiency in leveraging customer insights to drive business growth and retention strategies.
