Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 8 days/month in office)

What you will do

  • Lead the unified International CX team across Customer Success, Value Creation, and Clinical Advisory functions.
  • Define and oversee the enterprise framework for customer value realization and success metrics.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end lifecycle management from onboarding to renewal and advocacy.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure a unified customer strategy.
  • Develop scalable playbooks, workflows, and KPI frameworks to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Generate data-driven insights to inform product development, commercial strategy, and market prioritization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Canada Square office).
  • Proven strategic leadership experience in managing large, cross-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong background in customer success, value realization, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in defining and implementing governance models and scalable operating procedures.
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Proficiency in leveraging customer insights to drive business growth and retention strategies.
