🚨 We’re Hiring: #InternalAuditor | #Hybrid | #Latvia
Join a fast-moving international #FinTech in #Riga! We're looking for an Internal Auditor to strengthen governance and internal controls at a growing Payment Service Provider with global reach.
As Internal Auditor, you will:
🔵 Perform independent audits across operational, financial and compliance areas
🔵 Evaluate internal controls, governance structures and risk management systems
🔵 Develop and execute a risk-based annual Internal Audit Plan (aligned with IIA standards)
🔵 Prepare clear audit reports with findings, recommendations and risk assessments
🔵 Support investigations, ad-hoc reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
We're seeking someone with a degree in Finance/Accounting (or similar), 5+ years’ audit experience in regulated sectors, strong English (Lithuanian/Russian a plus), and knowledge of IT controls and data integrity.
💶 Salary: €3,200–€4,200/month
