What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex multi-team programs, defining success metrics and execution plans.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps including system and API design dependencies.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, product, analytics, and commercial teams to manage risks and tradeoffs.
• Improve program-level governance and processes using data-driven insights to monitor delivery performance.
• Coordinate the integration and operation of AI/ML enabled solutions while maintaining reliability and compliance.
• Champion AI-driven workflows and tools across the advertising technology stack to ensure consistent delivery at scale.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) experience leading technical programs.
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of large-scale technical projects in a software or platform engineering environment.
• Experience coordinating delivery of APIs, data models, or platform capabilities in distributed systems.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and track program health.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (Employer participates in E-Verify).
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional dependencies across multiple domains.
