What you will do
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market share across Vietnam.
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
- Strengthen relationships with distributor partners and key customers.
- Prepare Annual Operating Plans (AOP), sales forecasts, and manage budgets.
- Provide coaching to distributors to improve sales capability and program implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, technical service, and supply chain to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Chemistry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically across the southern region and nationwide.
- Customer-first mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
