What you will do
- Build a Business Development Plan in line with Market Strategy.
- Acquire new business opportunities and attend trade shows to develop networks.
- Search and contact prospects, understanding their needs and overall business.
- Nurture opportunities using value books and mobilize resources based on opportunity needs.
- Finalize opportunities with prospects, leading to contract signing and project execution.
- Manage and drive growth with high-potential customers, using key account management methodology.
Requirements
- Degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Understanding of the local market, customers, and categories to identify opportunities.
- Knowledge of FMCG, preferably the beverage and canned food industry.
- Experience dealing with higher-level executives of customers.
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and team player with strong customer focus and business acumen.
