What you will do

  • Develop and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights and competitive analysis while adhering to global guidelines.
  • Manage the annual brand calendar and allocate resources to achieve sales, retail excellence, and campaign delivery targets.
  • Liaise with local registration and global teams to ensure timely new innovation launches in the Japanese market.
  • Execute marketing activities through advertising, digital, social, and promotional investments in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide insightful business analysis and reports to adapt strategy and action plans.
  • Adapt global license guidelines to local market needs while serving as a strong local voice for new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, with a preference for luxury beauty backgrounds.
  • Excellent track record in innovation rollouts, launch management, S&OP, and media planning.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams to meet deliverables.
  • Experience in department store business is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong beauty sense and luxury taste.
