What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional contact and owner for the end-to-end design of the customer portal.
• Translate business and customer needs into high-quality, scalable technical feature requirements.
• Collaborate with global development teams to align feature delivery with strategic roadmaps.
• Manage the feature delivery process by clarifying requirements and resolving functional constraints.
• Assess technical feasibility and architectural implications, particularly regarding CRM and Salesforce integrations.
• Analyze usage data and feedback to drive iterative improvements in portal functionality and UX.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong functional and technical background in Salesforce.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical architecture.
• Experience working effectively within global, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work from Germany (Hybrid/Remote setup).
