Customer Success Consultant (Data Solutions)

What you will do

• Partner with account managers and leadership to drive adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
• Lead onboarding, training, and workflow enablement for customer user groups.
• Advise on best practices for data usage, integration, and delivery including APIs and flat files.
• Coordinate migrations, upgrades, troubleshoot and resolve data delivery and workflow issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and professional services teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate account health records and log activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in data/information science, computer science, engineering, or life sciences.
• Experience enabling enterprise customers to adopt data, semantic enrichment, ontology, and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data delivery, metadata standards, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and ML/AI data readiness.
• Proven ability to translate customer goals into use cases and workflows with strong consultative communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting data access, quality, integration, and coordinating migrations/upgrades.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM tools and willingness to travel as required.
