What you will do

• Own the user experience for product areas, including interface design and small team project organization.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and content strategists to influence strategy and product priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure effective implementation and solve technical design constraints.
• Contribute to the design system and cross-team design initiatives.
• Mentor fellow designers and advocate for high-quality, user-centered design standards.
• Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery to detailed execution.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• 8+ years of professional UX design experience in enterprise, consumer, or medical software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product development and UX strategy.
• Proficiency with Figma and designing accessible, responsive web applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience leading or managing UX design teams.
• Background in AI, biomedical data platforms, or medical services.
