What you will do

  • Serve as the technical lead and single point of contact for customer engineering escalations and product issues.
  • Deliver technical workshops and advisory services to ensure optimal product usage and alignment with best practices.
  • Manage customer ticket portfolios and drive timely resolutions in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
  • Present architectural designs and integration strategies to stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Advocate for customer needs by translating complex requirements into actionable documentation and product enhancement requests.
  • Participate in executive business reviews and analyze performance metrics to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Texas, Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, New Jersey, or Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support capacity supporting enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven expertise in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and REST API integrations.
  • Experience with on-premise or cloud-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Proficiency in observability tools such as CloudWatch or LogDNA.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required for strategic engagement.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with data products in the enterprise space.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
