Staff Cloud Architect (Delivery): Leading and managing a team of Senior Cloud Architects to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade cloud workloads on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure with an accent on Kubernetes, container orchestration, CloudOps, FinOps, and security. Focus on building reusable cloud solutions, driving proactive customer engagement, and providing technical leadership and career development.
Location: Remote within Europe including Estonia, Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Sweden, and Israel

What you will do
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Cloud Architects/FDEs to support customers in designing and optimizing cloud workloads on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Serve as the primary technical delivery partner focusing on CloudOps, FinOps, reliability, security, and performance.
- Act as escalation point for complex cloud issues and ensure high-quality resolutions.
- Drive proactive customer engagement and embed FDEs into account teams for structured activities and reviews.
- Coach team on Cloud Intelligence products and embed them into customer workflows.
- Foster a culture of reusable solutions and provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years experience architecting and troubleshooting production-grade distributed systems.
- 5+ years experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Google Cloud.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container technologies, networking (TCP/IP, routing, VPN), and Linux administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect.
- Experience in software development with languages like Java, Python, PHP, Go, Rust, or shell scripting.
