Location: Remote within Ireland, UK, Estonia, Netherlands, Sweden, or Israel

What you will do
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Cloud Architects/FDEs delivering cloud solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Serve as primary technical delivery partner focusing on CloudOps, FinOps, reliability, security, and performance.
- Act as escalation point for complex cloud topics and ensure high-quality resolutions.
- Drive proactive customer engagement and embed FDEs into account teams for aligned delivery.
- Coach team on Cloud Intelligence products and embed them into customer workflows.
- Foster reusable solution development and provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Must be located in or around UK, Ireland, Estonia, Netherlands, Sweden, or Israel.
- 10+ years experience architecting and troubleshooting production-grade distributed systems.
- 5+ years experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud, focusing on appropriate tool selection.
- Proven people leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container technologies, networking, and Linux administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect.
- Experience in software development with languages such as Java, Python, PHP, Go, Rust, or shell scripting.
