Location: Toronto, ON, CA; requires frequent travel within the designated Sales District (up to 50% of the time).
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 base annually + 40% target incentives

What you will do
- Generate demand and build sales pipeline for Microsoft-specific solutions, owning Revenue and Gross Profit attainment.
- Manage the executive sales cycle from discovery to close, mapping business problems to tailored offers and proposals.
- Architect and design solutions relating to collaboration, productivity, security, and AI platforms.
- Facilitate C-level conversations to align customer initiatives with Microsoft best practices.
- Build comprehensive business cases, success metrics, and adoption plans to demonstrate ROI.
- Coordinate with Microsoft (STU/CSU/PDM) to unlock workshops, incentives, and POC funding.
Requirements
- 7+ years of success in solutions sales focusing on Microsoft platforms.
- Proficiency with M365 (Security and Collaboration), Copilot (AI), and Azure Public Cloud.
- Technical knowledge of Teams, Intune/Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Experience translating executive objectives into structured roadmaps and adoption plans.
- Proven ability to lead virtual pursuit teams and coordinate partner co-selling efforts.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) within the assigned Sales District.
