What you will do

• Partner with Account Management and Product teams to deliver persuasive data narratives that articulate business value.
• Act as a consultative partner to client analytical teams to inform their financial and health strategies.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and templates using BI tools to reduce manual reporting efforts.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and anomalies, connecting findings to product capabilities and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy of customer-facing data models.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role within SaaS, healthcare, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization/BI tools.
• Proven ability to translate complex data analysis into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering with non-technical business users.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Analytics.
