Location: Hybrid, must be based in London or able to commute to the office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Support customer-centricity programs and build actionable plans for account retention.
• Help manage the Top 50 customer program to ensure high-touch engagement for strategic accounts.
• Perform deep-dive market analysis across EMEA to inform regional growth strategies.
• Track and report progress on key sales plays and sub-regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Partner teams to establish programmatic sales efforts.
• Assist in regional operational efficiency projects to help the team scale.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a university program offering a one-year internship placement.
• Must be able to commit to a full 12-month internship duration.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• English proficiency required.
