What you will do

• Provide delivery and integration services for Next-Gen SIEM and SOAR solutions to a diverse range of organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve mature security outcomes using log management and AI-assisted investigation tools.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on Falcon modules for customer teams.
• Collaborate with product management to influence platform enhancements based on real-world customer needs.
• Develop technical documentation and internal reports to support delivery objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience with SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Chronicle, Exabeam) and SOAR platforms in a security operations or consulting capacity.
• 1+ year of experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including policy and integration configuration.
• 2+ years of experience supporting traditional security functions like directory services, networking, and endpoint security.
• Academic understanding of information security principles and standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and automation tools (YAML, REST API).
• Recent industry certifications (SANS, ISC2, AWS, Microsoft, Google).
• Experience working within a SOC performing incident triage.
• Applied knowledge of generative AI platforms for security workflows.
