TL;DR
Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing existing hirify.global customers with technical product solutions with an accent on supporting the adoption of the hirify.global platform and services. Focus on deployment health, value interventions, and identifying new use cases within the customer environment.
Location: Must be located in Miami, 3 days in office
Salary: $85k-$95k on the base plus commission 80/20 split.

What you will do
- Act as a hirify.global and security expert and consultant to customers.
- Conduct deployment discovery and architecture design reviews for existing customers.
- Develop and refine discovery techniques to learn customer priorities and map to technical solutions.
- Maintain organized and timely documentation, account administration, and updates of internal systems.
- Work with customers to learn their priorities and map to technical solutions.
- Liaise internally with hirify.global Customer Success Managers, Renewals Managers, Analysts, Operations Engineers, and Sales members to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong knowledge of both on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience within the cyber security industry preferred
- Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships
