Salary: $107,000 – $158,000/year plus commissions and bonuses.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Workforce IAM and IGA capabilities in the US West region.
• Lead demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase hirify.global’s Workforce Identity solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery and map customer requirements to identity outcomes.
• Advise customers on federation, lifecycle, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Design integrations across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists to drive opportunities from discovery to technical win.

Requirements

• Must reside in or support Mountain and Pacific time zones within the United States.
• 3–5 years experience in Workforce Identity, IAM, IGA-lite, or Directory/SSO/Federation roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Fed, MFA/SSO, SCIM, AD/LDAP, and modern IDPs.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• MIS/CS degree, CISSP, or equivalent industry experience.

• Certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or CCSP.
