What you will do

• Monitor and analyze key events and data points across customer-deployed environments.
• Support 24/7/365 service operations including delivery, backup, and escalation management.
• Prepare and present security reports, dashboards, and risk posture insights to customers.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to perform rapid diagnosis and triage of security events.
• Partner with Customer Success Engineering to support onboarding, platform integration, and customer renewals.
• Assist in incident response efforts and continuous service optimization.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in SOC, MSSP, or vulnerability management environments.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in our Sydney office.
• Proficiency in analyzing security logs (SIEM, EDR, DLP, etc.).
• Experience documenting incidents and clearly explaining technical concepts.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or PowerShell for automation and data parsing.
• Eagerness to stay updated on emerging threats and security trends.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with dark web intelligence and open-source query tools.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.
