What you will do

• Become proficient in the hirify.global platform, supporting 24x7x365 service operations.
• Develop standard operating procedures to improve performance.
• Analyze and correlate data using AI and automation to diagnose and triage complex events.
• Prepare and present reports to customers, highlighting key observations and suggested remediation activities.
• Support customers through onboarding and ongoing management phases.
• Assist with incident response efforts and provide customer escalation assistance.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Direct operational experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environments or running vulnerability management or data protection programs.
• Experience identifying, triaging, and resolving cyber incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
