What you will do
- Provide Level 1 technical support for Windows, Mac, and mobile hardware.
- Track and document technical requests and resolutions accurately.
- Manage hardware and software inventory and asset records.
- Oversee access management and security protocols for user accounts.
- Facilitate new user onboarding, including provisioning accounts and hardware setup.
- Create technical documentation for internal hardware and software processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS troubleshooting
- Experience with mobile device management (Android/iOS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to write clear, user-friendly technical documentation
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira Service Desk
- Experience with asset management tools like Snipe-IT
- Knowledge of Google Workspace administration
- Experience with device management platforms like Jamf or Workspace One
