TL;DR

IT Internal Support Specialist (Fintech): Managing internal technical support, access control, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth employee operations. With an accent on handling service desk tickets, onboarding/offboarding, and corporate system access management. Focus on troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining knowledge bases, and proactive user communication.

Location: Flexible work from one of the offices or remote with relocation support to Cyprus, Serbia, or Kazakhstan

What you will do

  • Handle and resolve daily tickets in Jira Service Management and provide technical support via Service Desk and Slack
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes including user account management and equipment handling
  • Manage access to corporate systems such as Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, VPN, and others
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base and document standard procedures
  • Monitor technical condition of equipment and office hubs across company locations
  • Participate in strategic tasks and projects ensuring high customer service and proactive communication

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as IT Support / Service Desk Specialist
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
  • Understanding of Incident, Request, and Access Management principles
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or Freshservice
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MDM systems (Intune, JAMF, Apple Business Manager)
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and stress resilience

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an international distributed team
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Participation in support process automation projects
  • Experience with VPN, SaaS management, and security platforms
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and corporate security standards
