Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CRM, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Foundational understanding of customer loyalty programs, CRM, and consumer engagement.
- Proven interest in consumer insights and data-driven methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Team player with hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to work.
