What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end communication initiatives, from initial briefing through to performance tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and paid media teams to ensure campaign alignment with KPIs.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and industry trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by staying informed on their business landscapes and competitors.
• Manage budgets and project timelines to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media and agency environments.
• Proven project management expertise within an advertising setting.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, including X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office for presentation and reporting.
